Kale Crisps

I have seen so many people making Kale Crisps and to be quite honest with you I have never been interested in trying them because I am not the healthiest of people!! But for some reason I decided that I would give it a go, it was extremely easy and surprisingly tasty!!

You will need:

-A few large handfuls of kale
-A pinch of salt & pepper
-A pinch of chilli (Optional)
-A generous amount of olive oil

Lets get started:

First of all you will want to pre heat your oven to 180 c.

Then grab your kale and wash is under running cold water in a colander, and give your kale a little bit of a massage!! As weird as that might sound it helps bring out the flavour.
While you're washing the kale you want to ensure that you remove all the stems so that you're just left with the leaves

Transfer all your clean and massaged kale into a bowl and coat it all in your olive oil, salt, pepper and chilli mix.

Once all the kale is nicely coated you can lay it all out on a baking tray and bake for around 15-20 minutes or until nice and crispy, I like to flip them around a little half way through baking just to make sure that they are all nice and evenly crispy.

Enjoy!!
