Christmas biscuit decorating

This is just a quick and fun way to make some Christmas biscuits, they would be quite fun for children to do! Although one thing I would say is maybe use chocolate digestive biscuits instead of plain because the final product will look a lot better!!

You're just going to need:
A packet of biscuits
White chocolate
Red & Green icing
Red balls for decoration

You're going to need to break up all your chocolate and very slowly heat it in a bowl over some boiling water, mix continuously until smooth

You're going to need to move quickly while doing this, you might want to keep the chocolate over the boiling water, and then you can use the chocolate and spread it onto the biscuits in a dripping shape like a Christmas pudding.

I then used all the rest of my white chocolate to fill a snowflake mould! Yummy!!

Top tip before you use the icing pens warm them up in some hot water.

Use the icing pens and the red balls make a little holly near the top and there you have a little Christmas pudding, but as you can see it would be much more realistic if I used chocolate biscuits.
